Twitter has announced that additional features will be incorporated into its mobile app. The features will enable group messaging and mobile video sharing among users.
The group messaging platform will enable users create a group for up to 20 of their followers. This feature will work irrespective of the fact that those invited to the group chat follow themselves or not.

The in-app video sharing aspect of twitter will allow users capture and edit videos and upload them directly to their timeline with a playtime limit of 30 seconds.
According to Jinen Kamdar, Product director at Twitter, “We’re rolling these features out to all users in the coming weeks. Starting now, you’ll be able to participate in group conversations other people start with you, and watch any of the public videos users post.”
Jinen also says, the features will be available “in the coming weeks.”
