The 10th eLearning Africa Conference, under the theme “Digital Africa: ICTs enriching communities” will hold in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
According to the organisers, the eLearning conference will run for three days and it will focus on helping participants “develop multinational and cross-industry partnerships and contacts whilst enhancing their knowledge, expertise and abilities.”
The conference will also feature a photo competition from budding photographers with pictures showing how ICT is improving relationships between families, groups or country members in Africa. Four winners will emerge in this category; three will be picked in a public poll and the last one by a panel of judges.
Interested photographers can submit their entries through the eLearning Africa “Through your Lens” Facebook application platform from the time of this publication till the 1st of May 2015. Every photo should have a brief description of the inspiration behind it.
All photos can be viewed and voted for through facebook or the gallery.
The conference will take place from 20th to 22nd of May, African Union Conference Centre, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
