    Kaduna State in Northern Nigeria, is working on an open budgeting system that basically allows anyone to track the state’s spending. And in Zimbabwe, hotels booking platform, Africabookings just raised a $25,000 from a US-based investment firm.

    FinTech startup, BudgIT is set to create an open budgeting system for the Kaduna state government in order to ensure transparency in the state’s budget execution.

    Africabookings Raises $25,000 in Seed Funding
    Zimbabwe-based hotel booking startup, Africabookings has secured a $25,000 seed funding from US-based Travels startups incubator.
