The fourth Angel Fair Africa is taking place in Nairobi this year and Chris Kirubi (Chairman of Centum Investment Group), Tim Draper (Founding Partner of Draper Associates) and Dave McClure (Managing Partner of 500 Startups) have been announced as keynote speakers.

Angel Fair Africa is an Angel Africa List event that brings selected African entrepreneurs to pitch to a room of investors. Set to take place from November 10 to November 11, 2016, Angel Fair Africa 2016 will feature Kanini Mutooni (Director of Investments at the USAID East Africa Trade and Investment Hub), Darshan Chandaria and Kris Senanu (both investors and judges on the Lion’s Den) as investor panelists.

Investors from Angel Africa List, Viktoria Ventures, Intellecap Impact Investment Network, East Africa Venture Capital Association, New Generation Angels, African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and Angel Capital Association are going to be at the event.

According to Eric M.K. Osiakwan, Co-Founder of Angel Fair Africa, the keynotes are a combination of local and foreign entrepreneurs who are now investors backing the next generation of entrepreneurs. The panels are also made up of investors who are deploying capital, entrepreneurs who have raised money and those who have successfully exited their ventures.
